How can I place an order on your website?

You can place an order online by going the product page, click on ADD TO CART ICON. Once you have selected all the products that you want to purchase. Click on Proceed to Checkout & fill in all the contact & delivery information details on the Checkout Page & place your order after selecting your desired payment method.

What is Stationers.pk Returns & Exchange Policy?

You can return your items within 4 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition, In the original packaging. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

What can we return items?

Please make sure that you follow below steps: 1. Contact us at stationers.pk@gmail.com to notify us that you would like to return your purchase. 2. Please enter your order number and the product code of the product you would like to return. 3. Please enter the reason of your return & Send it.

Is it possible to return or exchange an item at store?

No, you can only return order by submitting a return request. You will not be able to return or exchange from any store.
Once you submit the return request. It will take 1-2 working days for us to check & give you a call.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification Call or SMS from our customer services Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, if the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” orders are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article(s) or ask for your confirmation. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
We usually deliver within 3-5 working days. In case rain or any other natural disaster, the orders might get delayed.
We charge a FLAT rate for PKR 200 on all orders.

Items bought on SALE or Promotional discount are not eligible for Returns & Exchanges.
In case, if the product is defective. We will gladly accept the return & issue you a refund or exchange the defective product with new one.
You can become a member of stationers.pk by clicking the “Sign In” then “Create Account” button on the top right of the main page and filling out the details on the page that opens. In order to update your membership information, your information will be updated when you enter the “Login” menu in the upper right corner of the home page make the necessary changes and click the “Save” button.
Yes, you can request the cancellation of your order from our customer service line at 03111222295 through our Customer Service within the same calendar day.
The products that are out of stock are supplied quickly and our stocks are constantly update. When our stocks are renewed, you can subscribe to the newsletter on our stationers.pk website or follow us on our social media accounts.
